The project BRIGHT started officially with the Online Kick-off meeting on November 12-13th, chaired by the Engineering – Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A. The meeting welcomed 16 project partners as well as representative of Innovation and networks executive agency (INEA). The aim of the Kick-off meeting was to reinforce the sense of common purposes among all partners, to establish responsibilities, to initiate collaboration between WPs, to confirm and improve the work plan for the duration of the project. Each of the Partners presented itself and their role in the Project BRIGHT.
The BRIGHT project, co-funded by the European Commission through the Horizon 2020 Programme, has the overall budget of 4.6 mio. EUR. The project unites 16 project partners from 8 European countries, aiming to boosting demand-response through increased community-level consumer.
The kick-off meeting was opened by the welcome speech of Lead Partner. During the meeting, the eight Work packages have been presented by the Work package leaders as well as four different Pilots by the Pilots leaders. Over the next three years, guidelines, strategic documents, and pilot actions will be implemented.
